About Dietitian Bites
There are many things that a person can look at that will influence their food choices when at a restaurant or cafeteria. There are individuals that will select food because of its caloric content, some will make decisions based on whether a food is organic, and others will make their selections based on cost (Liberato et al., 2014). Now imagine being able to make more informed decisions about your food based on readily accessible information about its nutritional content and the health benefits it provides.
Dietitian Bites provides science based nutrition information to guide healthful decisions in the absence of a Registered Dietitian.
